Bought 2 of these. They are the best thing for Biscuits. Love them and would highly recommend for biscuits. Can fit alot more on without the rims on the sides. And it is easy to move the baking sheet onto the cookie tray because of no rims, just slide it right on.

I now own 5 cookie sheets. These are great for making bulk pastries esp profiteroles, eclairs and scones. Best part is they are solid and dont bend. Heaps cheaper at Kitchenware direct than hospitality stores. Fast delivery

Very happy cookies
These sheets make perfectly baked cookies. Very good quality and made to last. A little bit too heavy to comfortably juggle with one hand (and yes, I know I shouldn't be doing that in the first place!), hence the 4/5 stars.

Anolon commercial cookie sheet
I've had a lot of cookie trays over the years but none come close to these fantastic trays. I have 2 and they fit perfectly side by side in my 900 wide oven. Size is wonderful, fits loads of biscuits, which don't stick. Then wipe clean after biscuits slide easily off. Would recommend these to anyone. 100% quality.
