Brilliant

Bought this pan for my daughter for her Birthday she made a hummingbird cake, lightly greasd cake according to manufacturers instructions NO BAKING PAPER cake slid out perfectly she was very happy (me I am just jealous).

NOT WHAT I EXPECTED

I bought this and a few other bakeware products from the Anolon range and was sadly disappointed. The 2-layer non-stick surface came off on my roasted potatoes - even though there was a bit of oil in the pan! Sadly disappointed that when washing the pans out that when you leave it to drain on the dishrack that the water that sits for a bit longer than the rest under the rolled edges starts to rust! Buy Scanpan instead!
