The plastic components didn't hold up and the press ended up exploding after 2 years (I only used it at Christmas).

Poor quality
The small locking grooves aren't stront enough to use for cookies, it wore out halfway through the first use.

Wore out fast
My one of these wore out very rapidly.
The black plastic end pieces have quite small grooves that are supposed lock into the metal tube and after only several uses the locking groves all wore down and now it pops apart when in use.

Great for icing
It is great for icing cakes but limited for making biscuits as there are not many recepies that have a soft enough batter

I bought this after attempting to use a piping bag...thank god I did. With a little bit of practice I will be able to decorate cakes etc pretty easily. Thanks KWD, great product and great service.

Great Little Device!
This one works very well. It's easy to use straight out of the box, even if you've never used one before. The cookies you make look so professional! Chuck it all in the dishwasher once you've finished and store it away in its box.A friend of mine bought one of those expensive italian ones with the single lever action, and it doesn't work half as good as this one!
