the Baccarat Pro Pizza Crisper 31cm is very high quality, the pizza tray is very solid, no bending and twisting that you might have expected from such a cheap product and the no stick is as good as you can get. you would think it would cost far more than its price from Kitchenware Direct. Its well worth the purchase.

Top Quality!
I bought 2 of these as my family of 5 love homemade pizza's not only do these crisp all the way to the edge but i also use them for oven chips and bake at home rolls they come out fabulous! also dishwasher safe is a fantastic bonus!

Excellent crisper with sturdy, non bending (very tough) carbon steel.
The 'non-stick' surface was confirmed by kitchenware direct and bacarat to be the good safe stuff with no baddies. I bought 2 but wish I had three. **Tip - when using fresh dough I always cook the base a little before applying sauce and toppings.
