A cool new shape to bake that perfect quiche , slice, cheese cake and more! Easy to wash and easy to pop out that perfectly cooked quiche with the loose bottom. Love my new rectangle pan especially for that tasty fragipane that was a hit with my guests! Great buy!

Searching for new items since having my induction cop installed I spied this on sale. I had priced similar quiche/tart pans but KD's price beat them all. Have made a few quiches and tarts since purchasing - not one failure through leakage - top quality.

A great flan pan
I bought this in the sale, had been wanting one for a while. My first quiche turned out fantastic loved the fact that this shape cooks so evenly compared to the round ones I own. Can't wait to use it on my lemon tart now.

Crisp crust quiche - hassle free
I just love the quiche cooked in this tin. Lovely crisp pastry base, and so easy to remove and serve. Washing up was a breeze too. I like the idea the removable base doesnt go to the edge of the tin, but is mainly in the centre of the bottom. My last loose bottom tin went to the edge, and everytime I picked it up, the base sides fell away, and the egg spilt.

Master chef here we come
Havent used it yet but have the round ones 12cm & 8cm and they are fantastic non stick. Look forward to making a quiche or onion and goats cheese tart in thisone. Great service.

Just what I needed
