Description

If you're a big fan of the Italian dessert, panna cotta (which means "cooked cream"), then you'll want to get ahold of this set of pans. Put some of the charm of that sunny peninsula into your culinary repertoire.

Baker's Secret bakeware is the original nonstick bakeware with decades of manufacturing experience designed into every pan. In 1888 Edward Katzinger founded a commercial baking pan company in Chicago which became EKCO Housewares Company. In 1972 Baker's Secret bakeware was introduced by EKCO.

Today the Baker's Secret coating has superior food release and is metal spatula and dishwasher safe. It also does not contain the controversial PFOA component which some research has linked to causing various cancers.

Baker's Secret bakeware is available in a variety of shapes and sizes to satisfy all your baking needs, offering the consumer a quality home baking product at an affordable price.

Excellent Quality

These panna cotta pans are very heavy duty. They have an excellent non-stick coating. I placed my panna cottas in a bowl of hot water (not boiling) for about 10 seconds and they turned out very easily.
