I have just made a Christmas pudding in this steamer (left over fruit from Christmas) and I was very impressed. I have used the same recipe for years but the last one I made in this steamer was by far superior. Fabulous non-stick properties, seals extremely well - although I was dubious at first. Their was no leakage of moisture onto the pudding during cooking!
