Baking Mats

The first thing that you need to know is that there are two different items here, but both items will make the baker's life easier.

The non-stick baking mat is an item or material that can be placed on or cut to fit a baking sheet or tray. This makes any baking vessel or tray non-stick, so you can imagine the convenience here and the new usefulness you can breathe into your existing collection. A bit different from the baking mats are the pastry mats (or rolling mats). Pastry mats are used to prepare and roll out cookie, pastry or bread dough. They make a sanitary working surface for dough, which is very good at picking up any sort of crumbs or particles found on a counter or table. You'll make good use of either a baking mat or a pastry mat and they're purchases you won't regret.
