If you want to make thin little pancakes, you need a little pan. And if you want to get that thin little pancake out of that little pan, you want that little pan to be nonstick.
Just so there are no surprises, measure out 12cm so that you can understand just how small this pan is. You can also use this piece for cooking up a single egg.
Suffice it to say that this is a cute pan and your child might abscond with it to make breakfast for the teddy bears.
I now use this smaller pan for frying off spices - it is excellent.

Perfectly versatile blini pan
I checked the reviews before buying two of these pans. The reviewers were right - this is a perfect little pan. I use them for potato rostis, blinis, corn fritters, dry frying spices and even an egg like another reviewer. I'm sure to find more uses. Brilliant pans!
