The Le Creuset Red Tarte Tatin dish is a great addition to our kitchen. Not only is it a very attractive dish, it is so easy to cook in. Even when removing it from the oven, the handles are not that hot and can be used to turn the dish out onto the plate without heavy insulation.

So may uses...
Bought to make tarte tatin but haven't used it for this yet! Great for frittata and baking small amounts (meats, protato gratin etc) in the oven. Really good size for when you don't need a big pan and the usual amazing quality from Le Creuset.

Favourite dish for tarts and cakes and puddings
My Le Creuset Tarte Tatin Dish is wonderful as all Le Creuset products are the best for all cooking in the oven and on top of the stove. The service from Kitchen Direct is the best of the best.

Such a useful part of my kitchen equipment
I use the tarte tatin dish often and have tried the apple recipe from the book that comes with it. I am very pleased, it cooks beautifully and is so attractive.

A great dish, extremely happy with this purchase. I have used various frypans cake tins etc to cook a tarte tatin and always had trouble tipping it out onto a plate, no such problem with this dish it works perfectly everytime!!
