A larger quiche tin like this one allows you to make those dishes that feed you and the roomies on Sunday morning. Okay... Sunday afternoon. If you're so inclined, use it to make tarts, too. At any rate, this pan contributes to your culinary profile because everything you make with it just looks so classy.
The award-winning Master Class range is made from 1 mm steel and features a superior double-layered non-stick coating, both of which make for sturdy, commercial-weight pieces that perform extraordinarily well. What more could you ask for
Deep edge, loose base, heavy, non-stick at such a good price. Most importantly, it is so versatile, you can make pies, tart, flan, quiche...What more could you ask for.

Great flan tin
Ihave always cooked with a ceramic flan dish which is very good but the loose base is definitely an advantage and cooks very evenly.

still not decided
I've tried to cook a quiche 3 times now with puff pastry (instead of short crust) and the bottom just doesn't cook, I end up having to cook the bottom in a fry pan to brown. Maybe this dish is better for short crust pastry.

My favourite quiche/tart tin
I admit I bought another one when this one was out of stock - bad move... This tin is "the one" Its a good, heavy, straight sided, easy to use and clean tin that hasn't failed me yet. The other tin however....

I bought a cheaper one from supermarket because this was out of stock and tried to make pies.....what a disaster, then this came back into stock so I grabbed one straight away....thank god I did.........perfect pies ever since. By the way this one was on $6.95 dearer, don't waste money on cheap imitations, buy quality first time. Thanks kitchenware direct, I have told my friends about you.
