Description

In addition to being a nice centrepiece to a birthday party for your little prince or princess (or the king and queen, for that matter), a cake made with this pan might be a great way to celebrate the purchase of a new family home. There are hundreds of ways to decorate or modify your cake to suit the occasion. For example, green and red icing would transform the cake into a Christmas castle. Everyone will enjoy the royal treatment!

Family-owned since 1946, Nordic Ware is an American manufacturer of quality cookware, bakeware, microwave and barbeque products. The first items Nordic Ware sold were ethnic bakeware products, the best known being their Bundt Pan. Years later the company revolutionised microwave cooking with their patented Micro-Go-Round. The Nordic Ware name is associated with quality, dependability and value, and the company prides itself on using quality materials and construction, producing long-lasting goods that can be handed down through the generations.

castle tastic!

I love this mould, although sometimes it requires a LOT of jiggling to get sall the turrets out - so sometimes 1 or 2 turrets are glued to the rest of the castle with icinf - the straight edges make it harder to get out.
