An extremely high quality product. Plenty of room for cookies and other goodies. I'm thinking of ordering another for my mum who was most impressed with it!

Very nice quality
A solid aluminium baking tray with one flat side for sliding the finished item off. Shortbread was evenly cooked and browned and the tray did not warp. Retained quite a bit of heat - it's relatively thick and heavy.
The description is not correct by the way - it's not a cast aluminium.
I ordered it on Thursday and it arrived in Melbourne Tuesday - that's quick for such cheap postage!
