Not only will this silicone loaf pan ensure success with its easy-release properties when the home cook finally decides to bake a loaf of bread, but if the cook drops this pan during the early morning hours (traditionally the best time to bake bread) it won't wake the whole family with its loud clattering. Because it can't clatter... it's silicone.
The Scanpan Bakepro collection is high-tech bakeware designed to offer an ideal balance of performance and convenience. The unique 2-tone look is functional, not merely decorative. While the black exterior absorbs the heat from your oven, the white interior releases it to give your breads, cakes and crusts that perfect shade of golden brown.
The naturally nonstick silicone releases food easily, resists cracking and staining, will not absorb odours, and is thick enough to provide the sturdiness often lacking in similar bakeware.
For nearly 50 years, Scanpan has been at the forefront of advanced cookware technology. Today Scanpan offers a wide variety of cooking tools that combine solid craftsmanship with the latest surface technologies to make life easier for both the hobby cook and the serious chef. All Scanpan products are covered with a 10-year warranty.

Never used any of the silicone products before so I thought I'd give it a go. Best idea I've ever had. Our oven usually takes longer to cook than the recipe says. But our first loaf in the silicone mould was ready 7 minutes early, evenly cooked and with a perfect crust. Brilliant!!!

Silicone - who would have thought?
This is the first silicone bakeware I've bought. My old pans were rusting so I decided that at this prices it was worth a go. I LOVE IT. No more problems prying loaves out of a not metal tin. I thought maybe the silicone would not produce a nice browned crust but no worries there. And the bread practically falls out of the pan when you invert it. So I will continue buying silicone to replace all my bakeware. The price is very reasonable for such a revolutionary idea. Silicone - who would have thought!
